About Evan

Evan Currie is a Canadian author of military science fiction, space opera, and techno-thrillers. He started in computer science, spent years working in the local lobster industry, and began writing the stories he grew up loving. His debut, the techno-thriller Thermals, was self-published in 2011.

Since then he has written the Odyssey One saga and its tie-in series, the Hayden War Cycle, the Scourwind Legacy, Atlantis Rising, and more. His books have been translated into Polish and German.

He is interested in how changes in technology and culture push people to adapt, whether the setting is ancient Rome or deep space.
